Mondelēz: eCommerce

As Mondelēz’s eCommerce AOR agency (Scrum50), we lead the creative team throughout our 3 year engagement for multiple initiatives across their portfolio of products.

One of the largest projects was to optimize their digital shelf for the top 300 products. As an agile agency, able to scale and adapt quickly to our client’s needs, we lead a team of staff and freelance to meet this huge endeavor. In less than 2 months we created over 2,500 images. These optimizations included everyday household brands such as: OREO, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, Trident, Triscuit, Wheat Thins, Toblerone, belVita, Sour Patch Kids, Swedish Fish, Halls Cough Drops and more.

One challenge we had is Mondelēz did not have imagery created for all the brands in their portfolio. We organized and directed a photoshoot in the agency’s content studio to create the new imagery needed. We also directed a team of designers, illustrators, writers, photographers, animator, and a retoucher to coordinate this work effort.

Once completed, Mondelēz was able to syndicate this content across all of their eCommerce channels through Salsify on Amazon, Target, Walmart and grocery retailers.
