The Tiny Miracles Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides support services for families of premature babies throughout lower Fairfield County, CT. We volunteer our design services to support this organization that was so instrumental to my family when my preemie twins were born.
We designed a series of Milestone Cards that are included in the Welcome Package each family receives. Having premature baby/babies in the NICU is a difficult time for families as their little one(s) face many challenges. Every milestone is something to celebrate, no matter how small. We designed this illustrated card series to give families hope throughout their journey.
